Volunteers serve meals to senior citizens in Devghat

On 28 September 2026 (Ashoj 12, 2083 B.S.), Sri Sathya Sai International Organization Nepal supported senior citizens in Devghat Dham whose daily lives had been disrupted by continuous rainfall and flooding of the Narayani River.

The organization arranged meals for 120 senior citizens displaced from an elderly care home by the flood. Along with food, the service offered care, love, and a sense of belonging to elderly mothers and fathers facing hardship caused by the disaster.

The program was led by Bro. Purushottam Aryal and his team in Chitwan.
